Asiasoft Service Support Operations during Chinese New Year | 11.02



Dear Maplers,

Please note that Asiasoft will be scaling back its Customer Service operations during this upcoming festive season. There will be no phone support between Saturday, 13th February 2010 and Tuesday, 16th February 2010. However, if you have any urgent Asiasoft Passport or @Cash issues, you may still contact the Customer Service division via live chat during the normal operating hours of 11am-8pm. All game issues can be submitted via the iBox as per usual.

Do note that the waiting period and resolution times will be slightly delayed due to a reduction in manpower during this period. Normal customer service operations will resume on Wednesday, 17 February 2010.
