We have received multiple feedbacks on missing of items after the technical fault that occured on 25th June 2009
We are currently investigating this situation.

1. IGN
2. World
3. Description of Problems
4. Items that were lost (In details)
– Item Name
– Statistics of the Item
– What were the transaction done before lost
You will be required to send in a detailed report with regards to this issue to facilitate our investigations.
Please note that Investigation period may take some time.
