Product Specialist (Game Planning)

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for localized game contents design, direction and implementation to better suit the tastes of regional consumers.
• Responsible for proposing in-game and web-based content or events to enhance the game experience and maintain usage.
• Facilitate communications between developer and IT team to coordinate the implementation of game updates.
• Research and monitor industry, competitor, and market trends.
• Manage and aggregate game data to keep track of user trends to increase/maintain the user base.
• Analyze statistic and forecast festive or special events to maximize micro transactional sales potential in the game.
• Identify and propose strategic ideas for online customer acquisition and increase sales.
• Manage the efforts of developer and internal departments such as IT, Web, Marketing/PR, Customer Service, towards ensuring deliverables related to the product goal are met on a timely basis.
• Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the team leader and to other departments, keeping them abreast of project progress and major issues.
• Maintain product quality through content testing process and prioritizing bug fixes for the developer.
• Other Ad-hoc duties include, but not limited to:
o Perform various writing duties and conceptualization of website and forum news.
o Review the quality of translated scripts.
o Demonstrates game features to other internal departments, and external co-promotional and media partners when required.

Product Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities
• Report to Product Team Leader
• Performing Game Bug testing & responsible for Testing Phases Report
• Produce Game Content fact sheet based on game testing
• Act as a Game Master Role to ensure smooth operation within game community
• Monitoring community posting & response to forum feedback accordingly
• Performing CS/iBox/escalation/investigation on daily routine
• Assist Product Planner in Product Support/ game planning support associating with Game product objectives
• A member of Event execution (Online & Offline)
• Product Support KPI
• Ad hoc duties by Product Team Leader
