Since 12th August 2009, Qbox has ceased function and has been replaced by iBox (Web Forms) for all game-related queries. This new message service is one of our improved procedures to provide you with better customer support. In addition, we have also introduced Live Chat function in Asiasoft Passport as part of our continuous improvement.
It has come to our attention that a small number of winners for the “Singapore National Day Quiz Event” have yet to retrieve their 30-digit redemption codes prizes from the Qbox. Please rest assured that our customer service officers are re-sending the redemption codes to all the winners through the registered email in the Asiasoft Passport within this week.
For players who have not retrieved their 30-digit redemption coupons won from events held between May to August 2009, appreciate if you can send an email to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) before 31st August 2009 to claim the codes.
The email subject must be named as “Retrieving of Redemption Coupon”. In the email, please include the following information:
1. IGN (In-game nickname)
2. Event name
3. Item name
