Regarding Urgent Maintenance on 14th October 2024

Dear Maplers,

On 14th October 2024, 1515hrs (GMT +8) (estimated), an issue occurred with the DB Machine which caused an interruption to the game service of all Worlds.

This issue had been fully resolved by our team on 15th October 2024, 0223hrs (GMT +8).

Without a doubt this service interruption had greatly impacted many Mapler's gameplay experience, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This incident serves as an important lesson for us to be more prepared and take drastic measures immediately.

As a token of apology, please accept the compensation of 1x Twinkle's Diamond Box and 2x Sol Erda/Sol Erda Fragment Selection Coupon. Compensations can be received via the NPC Maple Administrator locate at major towns from 17th October 2024, 0000hrs to 22nd October 2024, 2359hrs.
