An update on Patch-related Issues on 23rd September 2020

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that a compensation package has been sent to residents of Aquila who were online during the server crash incident on the 23rd of September 2020 (only MapleIDs with login activity between 1949hrs to 2310hrs (GMT+8) are eligible).

All Aquila players may retrieve this package via the Reward Box on the left side of the screen (just below the Mileage icon) from 24th September until 1st October 2020, 2359hrs (GMT+8).

The package contains:

Bebe's Purple Box x1

Selectable Arcane Symbol Exchange Coupon x10

Typhoon Growth Potion x1

3,000 Maple Point coupon x1

Additionally, we have also included a Bebe's Yellow Box for all worlds (Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia & Draco) as compensation for the extended downtime during 23rd-24th September 2020 (only MapleIDs with login activity between 1949hrs (GMT+8) 23rd September, until 1300hrs (GMT+8) 24th September 2020 are eligible).
