Ares Gateway World Access Issues

Dear Maplers,

We have been made aware that when our new world Jynarvis was launched last Wednesday, 2nd July 2014, there were some players who were unable to access their accounts and characteres in Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia and Delphinus and were only able to see Jynarvis when logging into Ares gateway.

Please be informed that this issue will be fixed during today’s server check (9th July 2014), and all affected players will be able to access their accounts and characters as per normally in Ares gateway.

We would like to humbly apologize for any inconveniences that this matter has caused.
