Cash Shop Disconnection Issue on 26th December 2014
Dear Maplers,
While we are still working on rectifying the issue regarding the Cash Shop disconnections, here are some alternative steps that you may wish to try and follow:
Replacement of Game Client File (.exe)
1) Replace the current MapleStory.exe in your game folder with a new one by downloading the file in the link provided below:
MapleStory.exe
2) Replace and overwrite the new .exe file into your current game folder
3) Run the game client and try to access Cash Shop once again
Using the ‘Gift’ Option
1) Use another character and use the ‘gift’ option to purchase the item for your desired character
Note:
• Please be informed that there is no option to decline all incoming gifted items
• Kindly practice caution when gifting, especially on items that are on a duration of 7 days or less
Re-download Full Game Client
1) We would advise you to take this option only if the above mentioned methods have failed
2) Before you begin re-downloading and re-installing, please ensure that you have uninstalled your current game client and deleted all related files and folders from your system
