Clampdown on Illegal Sales of In Game Names (IGNs)

Dear Maplers,

It has come to our attention that there have been illegal sales of IGNs taking place. If you have bought an IGN, there is no mechanism that can guarantee eventual possession of the IGN due to the cooldown time of deleted IGNs.

Do be advised that PlayPark will not be involved in any dispute related to illegal IGN transactions.

Please be informed that with immediate effect, as of 14th November 2020, 1900hrs (GMT+8), any attempt to sell/buy IGNs will be penalized with a strict 14-day ban. We will not be accepting any appeals for leniency.
