Random Disconnection Issue on 6th March 2015

Dear Maplers,

We have been updated that the issue has since stabilized around 1030hrs (GMT +8). We will greatly appreciate it if you would inform us immediately should you face any more random disconnections.

On our end, we’ll continue investigate along side the ISPs to make sure the issue is resolved. We will provide an update again accordingly later in the day.

We have received update from our technicians that the random disconnection issue is due to the Internet Service Providers (ISP) experiencing some technical issues.

Please rest assured that we are currently working with the them to have the issue resolved in the shortest time possible.
