Reimbursement for Fishing Assistants Due to Closure of Fishing Lagoon

Dear Maplers,

We would like to thank you for your kind understanding and patience with regards to the temporary closure of the fishing lagoons. As such, please take note that there will be a 1-for-1 reimbursement for maplers who have in possession of any of the following unused fishing assistants from the 23rd October 2013, 0900hrs (GMT +8) to 30th October 2013, 0900hrs (GMT +8):

White Bear Fishing Assistant (24hours)

Affected players may proceed to redeem their fishing assistant coupons from the Reward System, found on the left hand column of the screen as of 31st October 2013, 0000hrs (GMT +8).

– If you are unable to see the Reward System icon, you may wish to try relogging in before checking again.
– For players who have not received the reimbursement, please submit an iBox ticket for further assistance.
