Reimbursement Plan for recent Server Crash issue

Dear Maplers,

We have received numerous feedback on the rollback issue due to the recent server issue for Aquila and Bootes. Our technical team and developer are aware of this and are in the midst of discussing the reimbursement plan. Once there is any updates, we will inform you guys again.
