Update on Luminous Temporary Ban

Dear Maplers,

It has come to our attention that Luminous characters are facing temporary ban of 3 days sanctioned by the system under 2 separate reasons.

The developers have completed their investigation and made the necessary adjustments to the system settings of one of the temporary system ban.

As of 19th June 2013 1500hrs +8 GMT, first wave of 428 affected accounts have been released. Do note that we are working on possible resolution with regards to time-sensitive items for affected players.

As for system ban detection, we wish to advise Maplers not to remain stationary on a location constantly using skills for a prolonged period of time. This will prevent your character being recognized as a potential macro user by the system.

For users who are experiencing temporary ban after today’s maintenance, kindly send in iBox with the following information:

1. IGN
2. World
3. Last training location
4. Skill used before the ban
5. Class
6. Job

With the information provided, we will proceed to work closely with the developers to check on the issue further and implement changes if necessary.
