Maple Momentree Event - Eliminate Moles Compensation Plan (Updated)

Dear Maplers,

Due to a known issue where Week 5 of Eliminate Moles has ended prematurely and Week 6 has already started, a compensation plan will be rolled out in two parts, for both Memory Tokens (Coins) and Accumulated Points.

Part 1 - Regarding Memory Tokens (Coins) (Updated 25 May, 1123hrs)

The maximum quantity of 2,000 Memory Tokens will be given for the results in Week 5 for users who did not achieve the maximum quantity required for the week, and also meet the following criteria:

Users who have participated in Eliminate Moles content at least ONCE by 23rd May 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).

Users who have achieved at least 1 accumulated points.

To receive the compensation rewards, it can be received through NPC Maple Administrator from 24th May 2023 (After Maintenance), until 30th May 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).


* Please note that the following message above will only be available for eligible users only.
** You will be compensated the difference to ensure that you receive the 2000 coins in total for the week.

An error where some users received lesser Memory Tokens from the Maple Momentree - Eliminate Moles Compensation Plan has been fixed. Affected users may receive the shortfall of the compensation rewards again, through NPC Maple Administrator.

Part 2 - Regarding Accumulated Points

The maximum of 7,500 Points will be given for the results in Week 5, for users who meet the following criteria:

Users who have participated in Eliminate Moles content at least ONCE by 23rd May 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).

Users who have achieved at least 1 accumulated points.

Accumulated Points rewards will be claimable from 31st May 2023 (After Patch), until 4th June 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).
For the benefit of doubt, the Accumulated Points reward claim period for Eliminate Moles will be extended after the patch on 31st May 2023.
