Regarding Wonstaurant Boss Coins Compensation Abuse

Dear Maplers,

Wonstaurant Boss Coins were included in the compensation plan distributed from 5th June 2023 onwards as a gesture of goodwill due to the server lag issues affecting Maplers' experiences in bosses and general gameplay before 5th June, even though the bossing week was still ongoing when these server issues were alleviated. This was targeted to be received by users regardless of any prior requirement, as it was determined that most Maplers have been affected by the issue.

Unfortunately, following the compensation rolling out, we've noted that several Maplers have intentionally taken unfair advantage on the goodwill from the compensation provided and have knowingly abused it by repeatedly collecting the rewards on multiple accounts on accounts not normally used for regular gameplay, with clear intention of receiving additional rewards obtainable from Wonstaurant Boss Coins. As such, the requirement to receive Wonstaurant Boss Coins had to be updated - and as of 7th June's Server Check, only Maplers who were logged in between 31st May to 5th June were able to receive the stated compensation accordingly.

Across these days, we will be investigating and cracking down on Maplers found to have been involved in the above situation. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all Maplers that owning multiple MapleStorySEA Passport Accounts is against our Rules of Conduct, and we reserve the rights to suspend the offending accounts at any time. PlayPark Pte Ltd reserves every right to administer an appropriate punishment to Maplers found to have broken the Terms of Use accordingly. Appeals will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will be instantly disregarded should there be any form of discrepancies found, and you may be subject to additional sanctions for falsifying reports and knowingly withholding information.
