Follow-up Action on Expired Redemption of Welcome Back Ring Codes

Dear Maplers,

Due to an oversight, the expiry dates for the item codes that were sent to eligible players' emails were not published in the eDM mailer nor on the related webnews. All codes have all since then expired on 2359hrs 31st December 2016.

We wish to apologize for this, and we would like to inform all players who are still in possession of unclaimed codes that the last date of code redemption has been extended to 2359hrs 31st January 2017. Kindly redeem all unused redemption codes by the new expiry date.

In the meanwhile, please be respectfully informed that we will not be resending any eDM mailers related to this event, nor will we be entertaining new requests via iBox or LiveChat for missed item codes. This extension of redemption is only valid for users who are still in possession of these item codes and have not manage to redeem them before 31st December 2016.
