The NPC Yai Bua can be found in most towns, talk to her to get your fortune read.

Yai Bua will tell you your fortune on the spot. Just hope that it’s a good lot!

Do you see the icon in Yai Bua’s text? That is actually an item that you can find in your Inventory.
