2012 Spring Festival Events!

Dear Maplers,


Here are the upcoming system events from 1st January to 8th February 2012.

1. [System Event] Alien Invasion is Back!

Evil aliens are on the loose over the whole of MapleSEA AGAIN! Vavaan the Space Detective requires the help of all Maplers once again to assist him in capturing all these aliens that are roaming around in almost all towns!



How do I capture the aliens? And using what?

• Look for NPC Vavaan located in the Event Map to receive the quest.
• You will receive 1 use slot item, Capture-the-Alien-Ball.
• Hit the aliens in towns to make them weak enough to be captured.
• Move near the alien and use Capture-the-Alien-Ball to held it captive inside the ball. (Hint: Item can be set under key settings)
• Exchange the Captured Alien Ball with Vavaan and receive [Milky Way Star]
• Open up [Milky Way Star] and receive surprise rewards including Star over a Tree Chair!

That’s not all! Vavaan is also putting up a generous reward out to avid helpers in capturing these evil~fly~doers!
Talk to NPC Vanaan to check on the top rankings and scores in alien capturing!

At the end of the event on 31th January 2012, Top 3 Characters of Each World in alien capturing will receive the following prizes:

1st Place : 68,888 MAPLE POINTS
2nd Place: 48,888 MAPLE POINTS
3rd Place : 28,888 MAPLE POINTS

2. [System Event] Fortuitous Event

Begin the year of the dragon with NPC Kinokonoko & Charity Box located at Mushroom Shrine.

Starting from 1st January 2012 to 8th February 2012, Maplers may proceed to Mushroom Shrine to look for NPC Kinokonoko & Charity Box.



Charity Box Donation


By donating a certain range of mesos starting from 10,000 to 50,000,000 Mesos, once every 3 hour. In return a random luck sack will be given. A total of 5 colour Luck Sacks to be won.

Upon receiving the luck sack, kindly approach NPC Boom Boom located outside Ninja Castle to exchange for a fabulous prize.


Fortune Cookie


Are you feeling lucky for the year of the dragon?
If you’re feeling lucky, why not proceed to the charity box to draw a fortune cookie and seek NPC Kinokonoko to predict your overall luck for the year of the dragon! You never know what you may get in return.
In order to unriddle the fortune cookie for a reward, kindly complete a simple quest requested by NPC Kinokonoko.
Each character is only entitled to one fortune ticket throughout the whole fortune ticket event.

3. [System Event] Dragon Surprise Event

Try out the new Dragon Surprise box available in Cash Shop from 4th January to 8th February 2012 and be rewarded with a Dragon Stamp for every Dragon Surprise Box purchased. Kindly approach NPC Mushroom Statue when you have collected 20 Dragon Stamp in exchange for a Bonus Dragon Gift Box.
