Your journey to MapleStorySEA's Christmas GalaxSEA begins as you traverse the ethereal Cloud Terrace, a pathway reminiscent of our very own Maple World's Cloud Terrace map at the old Ludibrium!

⬣ After purchasing a ticket, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a week. Be sure to check your Junk Mail just in case!

Question: Can I attend the event without purchasing a ticket?
Answer: A ticket is required to attend the Christmas GalaxSEA event.
Question: Why is there no option to purchase the tickets in MYR?
Answer: Our tickets can only be purchased in SGD via Stripe. This payment method will be able to charge you accordingly to the currency on your debit or credit card.
Question: Can I purchase multiple Christmas GalaxSEA Tickets to receive multiple Christmas GalaxSEA Mystery Door Gift?
Answer: No, each ticket can only be purchased once. The system will be actively monitored to prevent abuse, and event staff reserve every right to reject fulfilling redemption requests from the same person multiple times.
Question: Do I have to collect my in-game items obtained from the Mystery Door Gift at the event? Can I purchase it online and receive the items?
Answer: You are required to attend the event to receive the Mystery Door Gift rewards. In-game items will be distributed as a physical code at the event to be redeemed within the game.
Question: Is there an expiry for the in-game item codes?
Answer: All codes related to Christmas GalaxSEA event can be redeemed until 31 January 2024, 2359hrs. You are advised to redeem all codes as soon as possible, and to contact iBox in case of any faulty codes within two weeks of item distribution for prompt support and assistance.
Question: I have won a physical merchandise through stage activities. Can I exchange it for in-game rewards or other merchandise?
Answer: All rewards from the event are non-exchangable. In the event of discrepency, event staff decision will take precedence.
Question: What if I won the Lucky Draw but I was not at the event during the draw time to receive my prize? Will it be forfeited?
Answer: You must be present during the Lucky Draw timing at 9:30PM.
Question: Is there an age limit for attendees to this event?
Answer: Only attendees aged 17 and above will be allowed entry into the venue.
Question: Is the venue pet-friendly?
Answer: No pets are allowed at the venue for safety and hygiene reasons. Please leave your pets at home.
Question: What is a Smart Formal dress code?
Answer: It's all about looking stylish and ready for a special night out! Guys, think buttoned-up shirt and tie. Ladies, go for a stylish dress or elegant evening wear.
Question: Will there be free parking?
Answer: Parking lots are limited at the venue. We recommend taking the public transport. Details will be listed in the Terms & Conditions below.
Question: Will there be any game item sales?
Answer: No in-game item sales is available for this event.
Question: Will there be any alcohol served?
Answer: Please note that no alcohol will be served.
Question: I purchased a ticket, but I was not able to select a seat. How will the seating be assigned?
Answer: Seating arrangements, including both your seat and table, will be designated upon arrival at our registration booth. Should you prefer to be seated with fellow attendees, please inform our event staff at the registration booth. It is important to note that this seating allocation is contingent upon availability, and circumstances may influence the arrangement. Additionally, it's essential to recognize that seating assignments operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking
No parking coupons will be provided for the event. Guests are responsible for their parking fees.
Limited parking spaces are available at the hotel, and an alternative is Orchard Tower, the adjacent building. However, we strongly advise all attendees to consider arriving via public transport.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event premises.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after the confirmation of the ticket purchase.
In the event of sold-out tickets despite successful payment, a refund will be processed to the card used for payment.
Event Timing
Attendees are expected to arrive promptly at 5:30 PM.
PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) Acknowledgment
By participating in the Christmas Party, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, including but not limited to photography and videography. This may involve the capturing of images for promotional and archival purposes. If you have any concerns about the use of your personal data, please contact our event organizer.
Entry Confirmation
Please ensure to bring your confirmation email as proof of entry to the event.
Event staff reserves the right to reject any entry of invalid tickets, as well as not meeting the abovementioned age requirement.
Behavior and Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Lost or Stolen Items
The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.
Health and Safety
Attendees are encouraged to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event staff.
If you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance immediately from our event staff.
Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue if necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
