Shielding Ward and Superior Shielding Ward

Dear Maplers,

Worry no more! The Shielding wards and Superior Shielding wards are here to help protect your equipment from being destroyed in the event of a failed enhancement.

How to use a Shielding Ward



Drag and drop the Shielding Ward into the Equipment Inventory with your equipment equipped. A prompt will appear asking you if you wish to continue to apply the Shielding Ward to the equipment.



Once your equipment is protected by the Shielding Ward, a small shield will appear on the top right corner.




• Shielding ward will only protect up to 12 star enhancement.
• No reimbursement will be made upon equipment been destroyed by enhancement on the 13th – 15th star enhancement as shielding ward only protect up to the 12th Stars enhancement.
• Shielding Ward will not work on any “Seal-locked (duration/permanent)” equipment thus no reimbursement will be made.
• Shielding Ward is not stack-able with the Pam’s Song.
• Shielding Ward will be consumed when you passed or failed the enhancement slot.
• Shielding Ward will not work on equipment that are “Superior”
• Equipment can still be traded (if able) even with the Shielding Ward effect


How to use a Superior Shielding Ward



Drag and drop the Superior Shielding Ward into the Equipment Inventory with your equipment equipped. A prompt will appear asking you if you wish to continue to apply the Superior Shielding Ward to the equipment.



Once your equipment is protected by the Superior Shielding Ward, a small shield will appear on the top right corner.



• Superior Shielding Ward will only protect up to 7 star enhancement.
• No reimbursement will be made upon equipment been destroyed by enhancement on the 7th – 15th star enhancement as shielding ward only protect up to the 7th Stars enhancement.
• Superior Shielding Ward will not work on any “Seal-locked (duration/permanent)” equipment thus no reimbursement will be made.
• Superior Shielding Ward is not stack-able with the Pam’s Song.
• Superior Shielding Ward will be consumed when you passed or failed the enhancement slot.
• Superior Shielding Ward will not work on equipment that are NOT “Superior”
• Equipment can still be traded (if able) even with the Superior Shielding Ward effect
