Terms & Conditions
This promotion is open to Stripe customers only.
PayNow and Credit/Debit Card options are eligible to participate, as long as it's within the Stripe payment platform.
Customers must at least top-up using the 100,000 or 200,000 @Cash option in a single transaction with Stripe, convert @Cash to Maple Cash and subsequently spend Maple Cash in game within the event period of 1st May 2024, 0000hrs to 26th May 2024, 2359hrs (GMT +8) to receive rewards listed above.
Spending must be done in a single MapleID within the MapleStorySEA Passport account that was used to charge with Stripe, and converted to Maple Cash respectively.
Only for a limited time with the iGacha Relaunch Event which is scheduled to run until 1st May 2024, 2359hrs, are also included as Maple Cash spent, as long as the MapleStorySEA Passport account was used to charge with Stripe, and converted to Maple Cash respectively.
Crediting of reward will be made to the MapleID that fulfills the spending criteria as stated above.
Each MapleStorySEA Passport account will only receive a maximum of ONE (1) reward item per reward tier.
In-game purchases that use a mix of Maple Cash and Mileage will be eligible, but only the Maple Cash portion will be counted.
In the event of multiple MapleIDs within the same Passport account having fulfilled the spending criteria, we will randomly choose the MapleID to be credited.
Eligible customers will receive their item within 2 weeks from the end of the event period and will need to retrieve the item via the Reward Box in-game.
All charging, conversion and spending of Maple Cash completed outside of the event period will NOT be entitled to receive the promotional items.
