Only @Cash Top-ups and Maple Cash conversions made and completed within the stated bonus event period will be considered towards the event's criteria fulfilment.

All Gifting transactions of any value completed within the event duration will be accumulated towards meeting the minimum gifting value criteria. However, only players who meet the pre-requisite topup and conversion criteria stipulated by the end of the event will be eligible to receive rewards.

No registration for this event is required. Only the first 1,000 Passport IDs that fulfil the event requirements will be eligible to win the rewards offered.

Each eligible MapleStorySEA Passport ID will only be able to receive a maximum of 2 keychain plushie rewards.

Account owners will be contacted via their registered email addresses after the event is concluded.

Players must ensure that their email addresses stated on their MapleSEA Passport account is active and accurate.

In light of the pre-existing situation with limited mobility, physical prize fulfilment may be delayed. PlayPark Pte Ltd will do their utmost to ensure the proper fulfilment of prizes regardless.

A: No, you only need to have a minimum of 250,000 @Cash topped up and converted into Game Cash by 14th March 2021.

Q: Can I just gift up to a combined value of 50,000 Game Cash to only win the 2nd keychain plushie design?
A: No, you will still need to have a minimum of 250,000 @Cash topped up and converted into Game Cash by 14th March 2021.

Q: I performed multiple @Cash top-up and game cash conversion transactions. Does this count?
A: Yes, there is no transaction limit imposed to meet the event's criteria eligibility.

Q: If I didn't gift any items to anyone, do I still win a keychain plushie?
A: Yes, as long as you are within the 1st 1,000 players who completed the pre-requisite top-up and conversion criteria, you will still receive the 1st keychain plushie.
