Top Up Your @Cash Effortlessly with FIUU!
Hello Maplers!
We are excited to introduce new payment methods for purchasing @Cash through FIUU! You can now use the following options:
Note: PayNow and ShopeePay payments is currently only available to Singapore users.
We will continue to add more payment methods through the FIUU system in the future.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON USING FIUU TO PURCHASE @CASH
Step 1: After logging into MSPassport, scroll down to the @Cash section. Click Buy "@Cash".
Step 2: Select "FIUU" from the list of current payment platforms.
Step 3: Select the @Cash denomination that you wish to purchase, and click on the "Purchase" button.
Step 4: Double check the denomination and the cost, and click "Confirm". Please note there is no refunds when you top-up from FIUU.
Step 5: A pop-up window will appear. You may select between Card and QR / e-Wallet methods, whichever is applicable. Click on the Pay button after confirming the Payment Method you wish to utilise.
Step 6: Please read the instructions carefully and proceed accordingly. For PayNow QR methods, you are advised to pay attention to the notice. After which, there will be a redirection upon successful payment. (Do not close the page!)
Step 7: After successful payment, you will be directed back to MapleStorySEA Passport accordingly, showing a successful transation. After which, you may proceed to the main page to convert @Cash to Maple Cash before utilising it in the Cash Shop / iGacha.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What payment methods are avaialble with FIUU?
Answer: Currently, Card and QR/e-Wallet Payment (ShopeePay, PayNow) methods are available. More payment methods will be added in the future.
Question: What type of Debit / Credit Card payments is available with FIUU?
Answer: Only Debit / Credit Cards from Visa and MasterCard are accepted through the FIUU Payment Gateway.
Question: I paid for the transaction and money has been deducted from my accounts / charged to my cards, but I did not receive my @Cash?
Answer: Please send us an iBox ticket or contact LiveChat with the transaction details for us to properly assist you.
Question: I used a Debit / Credit Card, and received an error "Country issued card is rejected by merchant". How do I resolve this matter?
Answer: Please ensure that you are not using a VPN, as this can cause your card locale to mismatch for security reasons. If you encounter any issues, please send us an iBox ticket or contact LiveChat with your transaction details so we can assist you properly.
