[Updated] Angel & Devil Box Issue

Update as of 21th July 2015, 1550hrs (GMT +8):

We have received an update from the developers that all items obtained from the Devil & Angel Box have to be unequipped and placed inside your character’s inventory slots for them to be fixed during the Server Check on 22nd July 2015.

It is NOT compulsory to place all items back into the Cash Tab Inventory as there are reports that the item, Angel Robe obtained from the box is not transferable back into the Cash Shop’s Cash Tab section.

So, please remember to unequip ALL items obtained from the Devil & Angel Box and have them in your inventory for this fix to take place.

Important

• Angel & Devil Box must be purchased with 100% Maple Cash (No Maple Points or Mileage used when purchasing)
• We will be unable to change the status of items that have not been unequipped and stored in your character’s inventory.
• Please also note that there may be certain items that have trading restrictions.

New criteria for changing untradeable items to tradeable :-

1) Angel and Devil Box must be purchased with 100% Cash (No Maple Points or Mileage used when purchasing)

2) All affected items (whether already equipped or have not been equipped) must be put into your Cash tab inventory before the next server check (tentatively 22nd July 2015, unless otherwise advised) for the change to take effect.

Important :

• We will be unable to change the status of items that have not been unequipped and stored in the Cash tab inventory.
• Please also note that there may be certain items that have trading restrictions.

In light of the above, please make the necessary arrangements before this week’s server check. Thank you.

Dear Maplers,

We have received several reports about the Cash Items within the Angel and Devil box being untradable even though the box was purchased with 100% Maple Cash. We would like to apologise for all the inconvenience caused by this issue.

As such, we would be making all the untradable Cash Items from the boxes tradable during the next server check. However, only items that fulfill this 2 requirements will be change from untradable to tradable:


1) Angel and Devil Box was purchased with 100% Cash (No Maple Points or Mileage used when purchasing)

2) The items were not equipped


Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
