Connection Issue on 14th to 16th December 2014

Dear Maplers,

We apologise for any inconvenience caused for the past couple of days. Due to a Domain and DNS issue on our end, it caused various issues such as Runtime Error and Hackshield problems.

While the DNS issue was rectified a couple of hours after and the problems were resolved for most players. Based on our investigation, a handful of players, especially those who were using Singnet to connect to our game, were still having the same problems. With that, we requested some of you submit your complaints to Singtel.

And so far, it has been successful. At this point in time, we can safely say that the DNS problem has been fully resolved. You should be able to play the game normally now.

However, for those of you who are still facing the same issue, please be advised to forward you issue to your respective Internet Service Provider (ISP) for more information on how to resolve your issue.
