    I am from Ares Gateway, how will this affect me?
    If you are from Ares Gateway, this will not have any impact on you.


    Okay, I have a friend in Artemis Gateway. How will it affect him?
    If there is a duplicate IGN in Ares Gateway, your friend’s IGN will be randomized by us with a “@” symbol.


    What? Then my IGN will not be my own anymore!
    That is true, but we will be allowing you to change them. You will be able to switch to your desired IGN different to that of your original.


    So how do I change my IGN?

    Okay on IGN, but what about my MapleID?
    Your MapleIDs’ username will not be affected.


    I cannot login to my MapleID after the gateway merger! It indicates that passwords are incorrect.
    Under such situations, please try using the passwords that you use for Ares Gateway.


    What about my existing MapleCash?
    There will be no impact on MapleCash.


    How about Maple Points?
    If you have balance Maple Points in Artemis Gateway, it will be added over to your balance in Ares Gateway.


    I have a @Key device, can I still use it?
    You will be prompted with the one-time-password as usual. No changes.


    I am from Philippines! Can I now enter all worlds?
    After this gateway merger, yes you can!


    How about my Asiasoft Passport account?
    It will remain the same.


    Wait! Last question. Any changes to in-game features?
    Monster Farm will be affected. If you have a farm in both Ares and Artemis Gateway under the same MapleID, your farm from Artemis will be deleted. Please keep a look out for our reimbursement announcement.
