Issues faced in Prelude Patch

Dear Maplers,


We would like to clarify on certain issues faced by Maplers, so please take note of the following ;

Golden Temple Sealed Sanctuary Entrance

We are aware that many Maplers were unable to exit the “Golden Temple Sealed Sanctuary Entrance“ upon entering, kindly have a sufficient party of two or more members before entering the Seal Sanctuary Entrance as there will not be any refund of any sunburst upon exiting the maps.

Reverting of slots with Clean Slate/Reverse Scroll

Do note that Clean Slate & Reverse scrolls will not work on any additional slot gained through Gold/Silver box.

Equipments obtained from Gold/Silver box may come with 1 or 2 extra slots, for example : Imperial Claw with 9 slots, a normal average imperial claw should be 7 slots but with the power of the gold/silver box it became 9. Here come the tricky part, when a scroll has fail on any of this “Extra Slot” equipments, Clean Slate & Reverse Scroll will not be able to recover any of the lost slot.
