MapleStorySEA 11th Anniversary Updates

Dear Maplers,
As we express our gratitude towards your support for MapleStorySEA 11th Anniversary RoadShow, we are here to update Maplers with some point in questions.

A. MapleStorySEA 11th Anniversary Pet Pre-Order

We understand that there are players who pre-ordered Pets on Sunday, 10th July 2016 during Singapore RoadShow as we were able to obtain some additional codes from Malaysia on the last day and here are the details below:

1) We have sent out an email with ( Item Name + Quantity ) to the email addresses you provided on the pre-order forms.
2) Codes will be sent out latest by Friday, 22nd July 2016 (23:59 GMT+8)

Note: We will only be using (help.maplesea@asiasoftsea.net) to send out the respective emails. Please be reminded to check your spam/junk box.

B. Reported Bugs

Please rest assure that we are aware of the bugs and have reported the following bugs to the developer:

1) Cutie Tea Time Chair
Bug: Cutie Tea Time Chair is a couple chair and players got disconnected once they are sitting close to each other.

2) Wind Breaker Mount
Bug: Mount disappear after double clicked from inventory

3) 11th Anniversary Random Hairstyle Coupon
Obtain new hair via 11th Anniversary Random Hairstyle Coupon which was not listed on webnews.

4) Shark Pet Food (not related to 11th Anniversary)
Bug: Unable to feed Shark with premium pet food.
