Mass Account Suspension 28th July 2015
Dear Maplers,
As most of you might have already realized, a group of players has been suspended from the game today.
The mass permanent suspension was implemented after investigations yielded results that showed activities related to the use of illegal 3rd party hack-tools and trainers.
We want all our players to be able to enjoy the game under ideal and fair circumstances where everyone can thrive while enjoying their in-game experience to the fullest. We will not deny that mistakes are bound to happen time to time on our side, yet our intention will always remain – to keep hold of all our loyal supporters of MapleStorySEA while we are working on improving game services for everyone.
If you are among those who have been banned but believe that the suspension was misdirected in your way, do write in to us via iBox. A second round of investigation will be conducted on a case by case basis. Do take note however, if further investigation yields the same or additional evidences, we regret to inform you that we retain the rights to implement a more severe penalty on the accounts. We will be stringent with the suspension criteria as we believe that in order to deter illegal activities and to uphold and improve on the integrity of the game, there is a need for the penalty to be severe.
Your kind understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
On another note, we would like to inform everyone that due to a system glitch, all offenders will encounter the following error message, instead of the actual intended ban notice :
We would also like to make it known to all Maplers that Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation take a very firm and serious stand against websites that distributes illegal services and appropriate actions will be taken against them.
