Solution for NGS Disconnection Issue

Dear Maplers,

There have been reports of users that are experiencing disconnection during game play or game client login and encountering a similar error message to the one shown below :

If you are encountering the above problem, kindly download these files [click here to download] and replace the existing BlackCipher.aes and BlackCall.aes found in your MapleStory’s BlackCipher’s folder.


1) Locate your MapleStorySEA folder in your computer and find your BlackCipher folder :

 


2) Replace these 2 files with the new ones which you have downloaded from the link given above :

In the meanwhile, if the above solution does not help to resolve your issue, you are advised to send an iBox ticket with a screenshot of your error message, your MapleID, World and IGN.
