Reports of Error Code 38 in game

Dear Maplers,

We have received feedback from the community that a handful of players are experiencing Error Code 38 after entering portal to certain maps in the game since this morning.

Please be informed that this issue has been reported back to the developers for checking. However, we would like to seek your kind assistance to fill up this form: https://goo.gl/forms/jM2Xgn76p1skBLW43 in order for us to collect more information to provide back to the developers for their checking.

While some players claim that they can log back to their affected character by selecting another channel, you may try to use this method too for the time being and see if you are able to log back into your affected character.
