Solution for player having issue logging into game

Dear Maplers,

For those who have issues auto patching or logging in, you may wish to follow the steps below

1) Maplestory Game Client is v1.1.27.1

If your Maple game client is already v1.1.27.1, you may download and update using the manual patch. To check your game client version, please refer to the screenshot or check the top right corner of the gateway screen. The steps for installing the minor patch is as below.

i. Download the minor patch from: http://edge.cdn.starhub.com/GameClient_Download/maplesea/MapleStory_v127_2.zip

ii. Extract the “Maplestory.exe” and into your maplestory folder

iii. Run Maple

iv. If after updating the minor patch and you are still unable to load the game, kindly please uninstall your Maplestory Game Client and re-download the installation file and install again. You may download the full installation game client from: http://maple.asiasoftsea.com/download/game_client/

2) Maplestory Game Client is not v1.1.27.1 but other version

i. If your game version is not v1.1.27.1, kindly please download the manual patch according to your game client version and update to v1.1.27.1, the manual patch link is as below

ii. Upon update to v1.1.27.1, please follow step 1 as above to complete the minor patch.

3) If after performing all the steps above and you still have trouble logging in, kindly please provide us with the error message you had encountered.
