Update on "You & I" events reward crediting

Dear Maplers,

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the delay in concluding several of our events held during the “You & I” patch, which was caused by some unexpected hiccups in our backend extraction processes.

We would now like to update all Maplers on the progress for the following events:

“You & I” – Let’s Journey Together in MapleSEA

Please take note that the preparation of prize crediting is taking us abit more time than intended, due to a large number of winners. We regret to inform all Maplers the prize crediting will be postpone until 18th February 2015. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

• Referral Qualifiers:

A notification email has been sent to all qualified winners. Please kindly check on your Asiasoft Passport registered email and reply us via iBOX with your choice of Maple ID to receive the reward before 18th January 2015. If player who failed to reply before the mentioned date, we will proceed to credit the prizes to your latest logged-in Maple ID. All prizes will be credited before 31st January 2015 18th February 2015. A notification email will be send to your Asiasoft Passport registered email once the crediting has been completed.
Update on 18th February 2015 : Rewards will only be credited in March due to some unexpected issues with some of the items.
