[Completed] 32 Hours Upgrade Marathon on 2nd December 2015

Updates after Resume of Game Services on 3rd Dec 2015, 1957hrs (GMT +8)

Game servers have resumed since 1957hrs (GMT +8). We are grateful for everyone’s patience and understanding in waiting out the downtime with us. Here are some things that we have addressed up till now:

Fixes
• Portal for the final quest in the Time Capsule event is now accessible
• Royal Von Leon Katana and Fan are now avaialble from NPC Murt
• Content accessing issues in Jynarvis world (Magnus, Beast of Fury duels) have been resolved
• Burning Character Box rewards have been fixed where players can no longer cancel the option dialogue for characters that are able to choose more than one weapon type

Reimbursements
• Cash Shop item duration extended by 40 hours
• 2x EXP/Drop reimbursement events are listed out in the December 2015 Server Timed Events Calendar
• 3k Maple Points redeemable from the Reward Box icon, available before 7th December 2015 0000hrs [GMT +8] (account must contain at least one level 120 character)
• 1× 1-Day Assistant Shop redeemable from the Reward Box icon, available before 7th December 2015 0000hrs [GMT +8]
• 100 MIB coins redeemable from the Reward Box icon, available from 5th December before 7th December 2015 0000hrs [GMT +8]

Updates on Other Issues Encountered
• Premium Bonus unavailable (pending)
• Character deletion unavailable (fixed)
• Maple ID creation unavailable (fixed)
• Changing/Resetting of the 1st password unavailable (fixed)
• Reimbursement for players affected by the Burning Character Weapon Box (pending)
• Winners of the Hand of the Alliance (pending)

We are experiencing technical issues while performing internal tests on the game servers. Please take note that as of now, the maintenance has been extended until further notice. Dear Maplers,

We will be implementing improved security measures and server upgrades to the game this coming Wednesday. Starting from 0500 hours (GMT+8) on 2 December 2015, MapleSEA is scheduled for a 32 hours upgrade marathon.

During this period, all MapleSEA game services will NOT be available. All game progressions are expected to remain. Similarly, your MapleSEA accounts, inventories and in-game cash balances will not be affected. Durational cash items will be extended accordingly for the time taken by the system upgrade.

We are grateful for your understanding for the upcoming downtime during the holidays to ensure an exciting 2016.

We do know that 32 hours is definitely a long-wait. So, fill up your usual Mapling time watching CM Venshi and CM Sapphire get wrecked in the ultimate Makan Ice and Burn (MIB) showdown here!!
