[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 21st September 2016

Update as of 1253hrs (GMT+8)

All game services have resumed as of 1253hrs (GMT +8).

Meanwhile, the following issues have been addressed:
• Obtaining Cash Item rewards from the Fairy Bros Attendance will no longer cause the game client to be unresponsive
• White Bear Fishing Assistants will no longer cause game disconnections when used
• The Cumulative Rewards Points from Water Wars will no longer reset after each week
• The following Damage Skins can now be saved into the Damage Skin Storage

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be a Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 21st September 2016 from 0900hrs to 1400hrs (GMT +8).

Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid any game disruption.

Meanwhile, we have identified the cause related to the channel crashes - usage of the cash shop item, White Bear Fishing Assistant. We'd like to advise everyone to avoid using the mentioned item in the meantime.

However, as of recent, we have also noticed that there has been an increased amount of channel crashes, which we believe may have been caused with deliberate intention. We will be conducting investigations and players found intentionally causing these crashes will be severely dealt with.
