[Completed] Game Patch and Cash Shop Update on 23 August 2023

[Update as of 23rd August 2023, 1810hrs (GMT +8)]

The Game Patch and Cash Shop Update has concluded and all game channels are accessible as of 1810hrs.

The One-Time Password (OTP) 2-factor authentication service for logging into the game is temporarily disabled as we work on a fix. Maplers with an OTP enabled will be able to temporarily access the game without the OTP. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all users to change their passwords frequently to keep their account safe, and never to share their account details with other Maplers. We will provide a further update when the OTP service is available again, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused.
