[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 3rd January 2018

[Update as of 3rd January 2018, 1515hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1515hrs. Please take note of the following:

• Rewards for Design Your Story have been credited and can be claimed via the Reward Box Icon
• Rewards for the Nova Mileage Event in November will be credited in during the weekly maintenance of 10th Jan 2018
• 1212 Reward events will also be updated at a later date; there is currently some technical issues faced on our end
  » Players who wish to claim these rewards at a later time, please use the "X" button at the top right side of the UI. Clicking on "Decline" will cause the rewards to be voided instead
  » Update as of 1650hrs - As there is currently a huge volume of traffic in-game with regards to reclaiming item rewards from the Reward Box, players who are unable to retrieve them now are advised to try again at a later time
• Players affected by the Summer Photo Card event issues should be able to now resume the quests as intended
  » However, such players may find that their Card Collector's Sign effect will only last until the end of the event
• Players are also advised to avoid using methods/techniques that allow characters to glitch and avoid getting hit while taking part in the MMF events
  » A system safeguard is in place, and may result in permanent suspension of the current character to take part in further music events
  » A suspension is in place when the current character is unable to proceed with further participations, even after the daily count has been reset
  » Please take note that this suspension only affects the character and not the entire account
