[Completed] Game Patch and Cash Shop Update on 3rd April 2019

[Update as of 3rd April 2019, 1709hrs (GMT +8)]

All Game services have resumed as of 1709hrs.

Meanwhile, we would like to acknowledge the following issues:
• There are some alignment and relocation issues with character selection for accounts that have exceeded the maximum character creation limit of 47
• The video playing in the Chaos Pink Bean Theatre is temporarily unavailable as of now
• Rewards for the Hello, Who's On the Line? event has been credited in game

These issues will be addressed accordingly at a near future date. Thank you, and welcome to v185 14th Street Festival!
