[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 3rd June 2020

All game services have resumed as of 1409hrs (GMT +8).
In the meantime, please take note of the following:
An issue where using RISE Socializing and RISE Admiration Chairs outside of the RISE Banquet Hall will cause the client to disconnect abnormally has been fixed.
An issue where the description of Hayato and ZEN Secondary Weapon was shown incorrectly has been fixed.
Weekly Welcome Back to RISE rewards have been distributed to all eligible Maple IDs that have logged into the game as of 28th May 2020.
Players from Aquila who have lost event quest rewards pertaining to [RISE] Supporting Adele's Expedition rewards will be able to claim their respective rewards from the Reward Box.
Players found to be affected by the server incident on 23rd May who have submitted reports on missing out on the overall compensation that was distributed last week will be able to claim their respective compensation from the Reward Box.
Maplers who have submitted reports of missing Maple Points with regards to a Maple Points Voucher consumption issue that occurred on the morning of 26th May have been credited with their lost Maple Points as of last night. We have also sent a follow up email to some users whom we require more information from. Maplers are advised to check their email addresses (that they have indicated on the submission form) if they have used the indicated Google form to submit their reports but have not been credited with their losses.
We regret to inform we require a little more time to investigate on the Meso Market's missing transactions that some of you may have experienced, and we will provide updates as soon as we can.
We would like to take this opportunity to ensure all Aquilians who have submitted their cases with regard to their losses on 23rd May are currently being looked into. Due to the lengthy and tedious manual processes, this will take a considerable amount of time and we may not be able to provide individual responses and progress updates. We seek your kind patience and understanding, and to please bear with us during this period of time.
