The Server Check and Cash Shop Update has concluded and game services for all worlds have resumed at 1305hrs (GMT +8).

Regarding Lost of Achievement's Progress Due to Urgent Maintenance on 14th October 2024

We have identified an error in the achievement progress restoration that was performed on 30th October 2024 maintenance which resulted in certain player's achievement progress was not restored correctly.
Achievement progress restoration will be performed once more during 6th November 2024 maintenance for the affected player(s). List of affected achievements are as follow:
 ↪ Moras Honorary Citizen
 ↪ [Monster Park] Familiarity While Fighting
 ↪ Did you see that? Attendance Check done 15 times in a row!
 ↪ Did you see that? Attendance Check completed for 1 year

Important! You must mark your attendance for the restored achievement progress immediately in order to keep the progress intact.

Regarding Deletion of Inactive Characters from 6th November 2024

All inactive characters, which have not been logged into since 10th September 2022, 0000hrs (GMT +8) will be deleted.
