[Completed] Server Check, Cash Shop Update and Passport Portal Maintenance on 8th September 2021

All game and Passport services have resumed as of 1152hrs (GMT +8).

• All eligible winners of the recently concluded Feline Pawsitively Purrfect event has been credited. Please remember to claim your Mushymello Kitty Chair via the in-game Reward Box. Replacement requests for rewards not claimed by 14th September 2021, 2359hrs (GMT+8) will not be entertained.
• The Top 100 winners for this event have been contacted via email, so please check your Inbox on how to redeem your Yeti Keychain.
• Do be reminded that today is the final day for entry submissions for our Design Your Story Season 4 contest. Submissions received after 2359hrs (GMT+8) tonight will not be accepted as valid entries.

Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid disruptions to your gameplay.

Additionally, MapleStorySEA Passport portal will also be under maintenance during the same period of time. The following services will not be available:-

1) Passport Login
2) Passport Account and MapleID account creation
3) Purchase, Topup and Conversion of @Cash
4) Password retrieval, reset and updates
