[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 10th June 2020

[Update as of 10th June 2020, 1300hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1300hrs (GMT +8).

In the meantime, please take note of the following:

An issue where hitting monsters in Stellar Detectives related maps will cause the client to disconnect abnormally has been fixed.

Weekly Welcome Back to RISE rewards have been distributed to all eligible Maple IDs that have logged into the game as of 5th June 2020.

Players from Aquila who have faced quest issues pertaining to Adele's Hidden Memories are advised to try again after the Server Check has been completed.

Players found to be affected by the server incident on 23rd May who have submitted reports on lost items or progress regarding items consumed from the various shops in Salon RISE and Tera Burning A event will be able to claim the compensation for these items from the Reward Box.

Also, we would like to reassure all Maplers that we are still looking into the submitted reports with regard to the server incident on 23 May. We will be providing an announcement update when available. Once again, we thank you for your patience and continued support.
