[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 14th April 2021

[Update as of 17th April 2021, 1322hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1321hrs (GMT +8). However, Passport services will still remain unavailable due to the ongoing Passport maintenance until 1530hrs.

Please be informed that there will be a Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 14th April 2021, from 0900hrs to 1330hrs (GMT +8).

Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid disruptions to your gameplay.

MapleStorySEA Passport portal will also be undergoing a maintenance between 0930hrs to 1530hrs (GMT+8), so the following services will be affected during this time:-

Login to Passport portal

Registration of Passport accounts

Creation of MapleIDs

Reset and Update of account passwords and email addresses

Topup and conversion of @Cash

Final notice regarding removal of Zen from MapleStorySEA service

As formerly informed prior to the v204 patch update (refer announcement here, here and here), all ZEN class characters will be permanently removed from our game servers with effect from the server check of 14th April 2021. No exceptions of any kind will be made. Once the characters are deleted, there is no way to restore any of the characters or their inventories.

Please take note of the following:-

If the ZEN character is a Guild Master, the Guild Master role will be automatically passed to a Guild Member who has the highest level in the guild.

Similarly, if the ZEN character is an Alliance Master, the Alliance Master role will be automatically passed to an Alliance Member who has the highest level within the Alliance.

Marriage statuses which involves ZEN characters will be removed, and their spouses will be single.

All items remaining in your ZEN, including items listed in the Auction House from ZEN will be deleted.

Account storage and Cash Shop inventory (Explorer branch) will remain as per normal.
