[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 14th October 2020

[Update as of 14th October 2020, 1235hrs (GMT +8)]

The Server Check has been concluded and all channels are fully accessible as of 1228hrs (GMT+8).

Known Issues

1. The issue where the game client will be terminated upon entering the Cash Shop or Auction House is already being investigated by the developers. The developers have concluded that the game client may be terminated abnormally when any of the conditions below are triggered:

-> Character EXP above 89.99%
-> Pets Equipped
-> Having their PCs on for 23 days or longer (includes sleep mode)

We expect to be able to fix this fully during our next Server Patch Update in November.

2. With regards to our previous notice regarding missing Haku Fans, we are pleased to inform you that most affected players should already have their fans returned. While, we understand that there are still a number of players that have yet to receive their Haku Fans or received a wrong fan, the developers and the team are still hard at work on this; retrievals of fans will be done on a case by case basis.

3. Topup method via PayPal is temporarily unavailable and you may receive an error should you attempt to purchase any ACash using PayPal. Please select other methods during this period of time while we check on the issue with the relevant parties.
