[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 16th December 2015



Update as of 1515hrs (GMT +8)

Players who had issues with accessing the game via mobile @key earlier has been resolved. If you're logged into the game, you can do a quick relogin to confirm that the mobile @key prompt is now working as per normal. If you are still facing issues, you may wish to try deactivating your mobile @key and re-tagging it to your account. You may wish to refer to the following link below for steps on how to do so:

Meanwhile, please take note of the following issues:

1) Season 2 Burning Character ZENs will be unable to open their Black Secondary boxes until a future update - this is to prevent them from obtaining the wrong type of secondary weapon

2) Level 100 Secondary reward box issue for Burning Character Season 1 ZEN classes has been escalated, ZEN characters will be receiving their respective weapons also in a future update

3) Players who encountered the Burning Project Weapon Box dialogue window issues at level 200, are required to submit in an iBox ticket before 20th December 2015, 2359hrs (GMT +8)

4) We'd like to engage players who are still encountering chat issues to submit an iBox ticket with screenshots displaying an instance of the issue from their chatbox as well as another from a buddy/guildmate who isn't experiencing the same issue. This is so that we are able to help the developers to pinpoint on the cause. Help is greatly appreciated so that we can resolve this issue asap

Game services for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid any disruption to your gameplay.
