[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 17th June 2020

[Update as of 17th June 2020, 1252hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1252hrs (GMT +8).

In the meantime, please take note of the following:

Weekly Welcome Back to RISE rewards have been distributed to all eligible Maple IDs that have logged into the game as of 11th June 2020.

We would like to provide a separate update for all Maplers that were affected by the server incident on 23 May and have submitted reports. Read the announcement here.
