All game services have resumed as of 1442hrs. Meanwhile please take note of the following:
• An issue with an Ultimate Explorer related quest where it keeps repeating for some users has been resolved.
• We are currently aware of the issue with the Azwan Liberation, however this issue is currently pending investigations on our end
