[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 22nd July 2020

Dear Maplers,

We would also like to provide a small update:

Several users affected by the various server issues that happened end-May 2020 would have received Maple Point compensation via the Reward Box on the left side of the screen.

We are still in the midst of processing various reports related to the incident and we would like to seek your continued patience and understanding.

Dear Maplers,

All Cash Shop services have resumed as of 1427hrs (GMT +8). The Cash Shop Hottest Picks have also been updated to recommend popular and hot items. Check them out!

Dear Maplers,

All game services with the exception of Cash Shop services have resumed as of 1411hrs (GMT +8). The Cash Shop will be unavailable until further notice and we will provide an update when it is available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please also take note of the following:

An issue where Kanna characters were obtaining abnormal amounts of RISE Points from Daria's Gift has been fixed.

Affected Kanna players who have started the quest [RISE] Daria's Gift before the maintenance on 22nd July 2020 will be eligible for a one-time compensation of 1000 RISE Coins from the Reward Box on the left side of the screen. This can be claimed until 29th July 2020.
