[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 25th September 2024

The Server Check and Cash Shop Update has concluded and game services for all worlds have resumed as of 1226hrs (GMT +8).

Please be informed that there will be a
Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 25th September 2024, from 0900hrs to 1300hrs (GMT +8).
Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated time. Kindly log out before this period to avoid disruptions to your gameplay.
Please also note that
MapleStorySEA Passport Website will also be down for maintenance during this period.

Error Fixes
An issue where using Striker's Thunderstorm Sea Wave in Hard Carling Phase 3 would sometimes disconnect the game client will be fixed.
An issue where the mass open function is unavailable on the Selectable Symbol Coupon will be fixed.
Regarding CAPOO Shuriken obtained from BUGCAT CAPOO Box
As referred on the Cash Shop and Golden Apple Update Notice on 18th September 2024, CAPOO Shuriken will be changed to tradeable CAPOO Shuriken Coupon after 25th September 2024 maintenance has concluded.
All CAPOO Shuriken located in the character's Item Inventory and Cash Shop Storage will be removed during the maintenance on a per World basis.
Tradeable CAPOO Shuriken Coupon can be received from the Reward Box 
after the maintenance on 25th September 2024 until 15th October 2024, 2359hrs.
Warning! Using CAPOO Shuriken Coupon will gives an Untradeable CAPOO Shuriken. Please be informed that this action cannot be reversed and exercise caution when using CAPOO Shuriken Coupon.
Regarding Deletion of Inactive Characters from 6th November 2024
As referred on the Deletion of Inactive Characters from 6th November 2024, characters which are Level 61 or below and have not been logged into since since 10th September 2022, 0000hrs (GMT +8) will be affected/marked for deletion after 25th September 2024 maintenance has concluded.
Characters fitting the above-mentioned criteria that have Cash Items are also classified as dormant characters accordingly.
