[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 30th October 2024

The Server Check and Cash Shop Update has concluded and game services for all worlds have resumed at 1324hrs (GMT +8).

Regarding Lost of Achievement's Progress Due to Urgent Maintenance on 14th October 2024

Due to the service interruption, some Maplers are unable to complete check-in based achievement(s) on time which caused the achievement's progress being reset. We would like to apologize for not addressing this issue in our initial compensation plan on 16th October 2024.

To address this issue, a data comparison between 14th October 2024 and 30th October 2024, before maintenance will be performed on the following achievements.
 ↪ Moras Honorary Citizen
 ↪ [Monster Park] Familiarity While Fighting
 ↪ Did you see that? Attendance Check done 15 times in a row!
 ↪ Did you see that? Attendance Check completed for 1 year
If the achievement progress on 14th October 2024 is greater than 30th October 2024, before maintenance, the achievement progress will combine both data from 14th October 2024 and 30th October 2024, before maintenance.

For example, the progress of Moras Honorary Citizen was 80 days on 14th October 2024 and 10 days on 30th October 2024, before maintenance. Since the data on 14th October 2024 is greater than 30th October 2024, before maintenance, both data will be combined and the current achievement progress becomes 90 days.

Important Notice:

The combined achievement progress will not exceed the achievement's maximum progress value.

Maplers are advised to login to the affected character(s) after the maintenance has concluded to ensure the achievement's progress has been restored.

Error Fixes

An issue where Amazing Pink Bean/Yeti Complete Box cannot be claimed has been fixed. Maplers may claim the reward until 5th November 2024, 2359hrs.

Known Issue

An issue where Hayato's Hyoru Getsuken buff's stack(s) resets after the character resurrect is being investigated.

An issue when equipping/unequipping Breath of Divinity, multiple skills activation/deactivation appear as text notice is being investigated.

An issue where Equality Cube can be used on OTP Locked equipment is being investigated.

An issue where bulk open function is not available on Special Medal of Honor obtained from Twinkle's Diamond Box is being investigated.

An issue where a rope is placed at an abnormal location in Cache of Greed: Basement Level 3 - Area 3 is being investigated.

An issue where Red Stige's monster name contains text error is being investigated.

An issue where selecting Aquila in World Selection will always default to Channel 2 is being investigated.

An issue where Kanna's Ether Pulse's Ether Spot teleport cannot be used in Divine King Slime boss battle map is being investigated.

An issue when the character is being stunned in Lotus boss fight, excessive amount of text notice will appear if the character attempt to move is being investigated.

An issue where Seruf's Clam Bed appears abnormal is being investigated.
